Bike Check Over: $40
Includes: Tightening of hardware • Lubing of chain • Lube cables
and housing • Inspect bike for damage
Tune Up: $80
Includes: True wheels - Adjust hubs - Tighten cassette/freewheel -
Measure chain & cogs for wear - File & adjust brake pads -
Adjust brake cables and lube - Tighten brake hardware - Adjust
derailleurs - Adjust & lube shift cables - Check chain alignment
- Adjust bottom bracket - Tighten crank & chain ring bolts
- Lube fork seals - Adjust stem alignment - Even out cockpit
controls
Overhaul: $190
Same as Tune Up, plus: Clean drive train - Repack bearing surfaces - Replace
cables and housing, grips or bar tape.
Wheel True: $10-25 per wheel (depending on
wheel condition)
Spoke Replacement: $15 labor + $1 per spoke
Hub Overhaul: $25
Wheel Build: $45 ($40 with hub & rim
purchase)
Spokes: $1 each and up to $30 per wheel
Fork Install: $25
Fork Overhaul: $50
Chain Install: $10
Headset Install: $25 (threadless), $30 (threaded)
Bottom Bracket Overhaul: $20
Front Derailleur Adjustment: $10
Rear Derailleur Adjustment: $10
Rear Derailleur Hanger Adjustment: $15
Disc Brake Bleed: $25 per wheel
Install Grips or Bar Tape: $10
Box & Ship: $100 (within continental U.S. assuming bike will fit within normal bike box)
